Ok so a know this will probably get deleted but ma question is this,

well hideous slots clearly stated that he a 2jags split the money between them equally on there streams etc but as far as am concerned this is 100% illegal and not allowed at all so how is this possible you would think a streamer would know that any funds gambled must be 100% there own

I cant see why you would think your question would be deleted. The question you should be asking yourself is why are you watching Hideous slots in the first place? The guy is a total nut job. Stick to watching Stop and Step, no shouting or hollering or singing stupid songs and making himself look an idiot, just someone playing a huge variation of slots on line And in bookies and arcades all at sensible or fairly reasonable stakes. Here's a scenario for you, practically every day Chipmonkz slots says he's got £1000 in the balance, a £500 deposit and a £500 matched bonus from the casino which basically means only half the money is his. Do you think that is illegal? Its not a true or fair representation of how the average person plays slots but its not illegal.

A do enjoy his streams and find them quite funny, don’t watch many others just Darren and hideous but did wonder about the legality of it as you can’t place any bets at all with someone else’s money either in bookies or online but he clearly states he is half’s with 2jags so just wondered how that was allowed

By the way, did you know Hideous and Darren used to live together? I believe Darren left because it was too quiet. 😁😁😁

That's going back a bit! It was good fun.

I have no idea about his business arrangements, but he is often very open in his streams. I certainly wouldn't delete the question!

He's unique, that's a good thing. The space is getting very crowded so you need to be different. He's certainly not to everyone's taste!

A do agree he is unique but no one will answer the actual question and that is, is what he is doing illegal and playing with someone else’s money which is quite clear you can’t do in any way online or in real life, if he is betting with company money ie hideous slots as a business then that needs to be made clear to everyone that that’s what’s going on and not made out it’s raw cash of his own

I'm 99.99‰ sure it's not illegal. I'm very confused why you need to ask though. If you're so certain you can't do it online or in real llife how can it be legal.

Of course it's not illegal, just a business venture by the sound of it. I quite like watching his highlight video's (with the volume down a bit). Darren is head and shoulders above everybody else though and nice to see the bookies/arcade videos.

Interesting question, not illegal but some betting sites consider placing a bet with someone else's money is against the terms and conditions, I'm also not sure if doing that wouldn't be compliant with the "know your customer/afforfability" regs.

I remember a case about a girl being withheld her winnings from 365 once.

https://www.racingpost.com/news/punter-stops-long-running-legal-case-against-bet365-over-unpaid-1m-win/385195

That's probably an exceptional case highlighted by the massive win. It's pretty obvious a student couldn't stake nearly £25k on a lucky 15, unless student loans are more generous than when I was at uni.

Using someone else's money and placing a bet for someone else are different scenarios though. If I asked a mate to sub me £20 quid till payday on Monday so I can stick a bet on the footy on Saturday I'm betting with someone else's cash. If I give a mate  20 to place the bet for me because he has an account at a firm offering better odds he's betting with my money. Putting 25 large on is a massive red flag and obvious you're acting on behalf of a third party considering you're 18 years old and a student!

At a stretch it could be seen as money laundering but they would need evidence it is dirty money and placing bets for a restricted customer wouldn't do that. The issue there is suspicion of circumventing a customer ban rather than illegality. The failure to properly abide by KYC regs would be wrongdoing on the operators part not the user.
