I'm having the exact same issue, I had a withdrawal accepted well over a week ago and still no money in my bank from dream Vegas

Thank you for getting in touch and raising some of your concerns regarding your Funds.

I looked into the matter for you and can confirm the Provider / Bank still has some delays on their end with regards to funds reaching players accounts.
As far as we know it is being investigated - yet I can assure you that the funds have left the Casino to you already.
Its a matter of time from your Providers end - yet on our end we are also chasing up on this.

In all honesty from our side we cannot determine when exactly they would have it resolved.
Yet our Team ensures to keep in touch with them to have some form of estimate to the matter - keep in mind once the Casino has paid out and the funds leaves the Casino to you as the player - its all on the Providers end for reflection.
So right now I am unable to hand an exact time on this - I can however suggest that you allow until end of Business Day Monday 4th May.

I can understand that it has been a few days and it can be real tedious and not to mention upsetting - so I do get where you are coming from.

However, the best right now is that you can keep an eye on your side as well and check in again to see if there has been any new updates to the matter.

Keep in mind as well that as it is a weekend, most Banks / Providers only operate during Business Hours, so there may be a delay - yet they may be pushing through to resolve the matter sooner!

Hi there was just an update for everyone to see 

I’ve been waiting since the 20/04/20 for a £ 2500 payment from Casimba this email above was from yesterday but still no payment today.

I have been told there has been an issue with there payment provider who are Ayden. No time scale provided but UKGC have expressed an interest in the matter after my telephone call with them as  casimba are still letting customers deposit.

I'm having the same problem with Playgrand Casino, my withdrawal was accepted on 22nd April and I have not received it.

I've also been informed its an issue with https://www.adyen.com/ and numerous companies including Ebay, Leo Vegas amongst others are affected. It has nothing to do with Casimba and/or Dream Vegas. Should be resolved soon.

i take it then that our payments will appear in our bank accounts then as the casino has agreed the withdrawal already when  adyen have sorted the issue  my bank have have said there have been no attempt at any transaction at the moment.

ONLY ONE THING IS STOP PAYMENT AND STEP AWAY FROM RESPONSIBILITIES GOING ON

Things you could do beniamin  Ask Stop and Step for an update you: Patrons are seeing his lack of involvement after he recommended these sites to us,  Contact the UK Gaming Commission, contact the Malta Gaming Authority. complete an ADR  Alternative Dispute Resolution with either eCOGRA Disputes or Resolver. Write a review on TrustPilot or become a member of Casinomeister's Forum write a reveiw or open up a PAB ticket with them and ask them to do all of the above.Or if you can think of anything else let us know bud. I think everything has been tried. I believe people have been phoning the UK Gaming Commission too

I always use either Paddy Power, Betfred, Coral or Ladbrokes, between them they have most games and you can't go wrong really. I prefer Paddy Power because if you win you can use the card they send you and spend it in shops or cash out at the cashpoints. Another good thing about the card is that when you look at your PP account on line and it shows you have for example 1k in credit, it always shows £0 when you insert the card at the cashpoint, handy if it gets stolen or you got a nosey other half. 😁😁😁
