Hello guys. I was playing at casimba. i've requested two withdrawals each of them £500. after two weeks, didnt recieved my money. after i tried to soeack with them on live cha a couple times they closed my account. i cant log in anymore. I dont know what to do. Please be aware. Casimba turn in to a scam site.

I've chased them up regarding the delays, hopefully we will hear something very soon.

They have now banned me from all there sites for 5 years

That would have been for player protection, I believe they did the right thing there. I have asked someone to follow up with regards to the delays.

Thanks for your quick response @StopandStep let’s hope they have a quick resolution for everyone. The trust pilot reviews for casimba are also reflecting issues with withdrawals so it must be a site wide issue. Any more updates please let us know.

just had email back from dream vegas which are managed by the same as casimba they said there was a prob with withdrawals from 20th to 23th for withdraw requests yet mine was accepted not pending and they are looking into resolving an outcome as soon as possible to the prob and will email  as soon as they have reached a conclusion .only one conclusion in my eyes they not paid yet and have my bank statement to prove it..so we shall see

Can't defend them not paying on time but I actually approve based on the email you sent that they have blocked you (time length does seem excessive though). Doesn't matter if it is true or a tactic to get them to pay. If you suggest to them that you have financial difficulties and are gambling with money you need to pay bills it is exactly the type of responsible gambling attitude a casino should have in preventing further gambling.

Also, if it is true. Do seek help that is available. I've often gambled much more than I should but bills are always paid and food is always in the cupboard.

Has anyone else got an update or received funds. I’m still being told to wait which is so frustrating. @StopandStep have you had a response? Are you comfortable still depositing with dream vegas/casimba with these ongoing issues ?

 Hi Dave I get what your saying but not what im saying. I made the mistake to trust the casino and i had won £657. so i released funds i was holding back for bills and other things and treated myself to things i wouldn't of Bought Because i thought i had fund coming from a casino. I waited till they verified the win and took this to mean i was getting paid.  a mistake in hindsight but an easy mistake to make to a newcomer to on line gambling. I assure you i will never play on line again and this will never happen to me again.

still not resolved had email back from them yesterday saying they still investigating and they be in touch as soon as they reach a conclusion that was at half four in afternoon not anything since stopandstep not had a reply either cant do anymore now than just wait sent them enough emails now

Hi there everyone same problem 

I’ve been waiting since the 20/04/20 for a £ 2500 payment, today I have sent my bank account transactions by email as requested 

If I’m lucky and get any information I will update - many thanks Pete

DreamVegas are a shithouse - they lost my deposit, and despite me sending screen grabs from my bank statement, they still argued i hadn't made it. Took me over a week to get a poxy £25 refund back. 

Used VideoSlots since then, once verified they process Paypal withdrawals IMMEDIATELY. 

My phone buzzed to say the withdrawal was done, literally seconds after taking the money out of the casino - and i put it straight into my bank. 

That's how it should be.

Why this thread been hidden here? I wonder. Seriously Stop and Step is their anything you can do? can you get back on to your contact and give us an update thanks. Most of us only played there because you play there and advertised as a safe place to bet. From this forum and Trust pilot. this has happened to a lot of punters  can we have an update in what they are doing to rectify the situation.

had an update tonight its a problem with there payment processor and have a high volume of withdraws awaiting process at this moment the time frame is not confirmed as when the issue will be resolved thats what they said so still no outcome

Had an email Saturday thanking me for our bank statement. They said it would take up to 5 days for them to come to a conclusion. 

 

Hopefully should know something more soon. 

 

@StopandStep anything further your end? Would never have used Casimba if it wasn't for you videos.
