Hi everyone 

I have just received an unexpected email from Casimba so looks like it’s get sorted now hopefully 🙂



Due to a problem with one of our payment providers, there was an issue which caused your withdrawal to be delayed which unfortunately was out of our control.

However, we have now just re-processed your withdrawal and while it may take up to 3 business days to reach your account, it should be credited later today or tomorrow (depending on your bank processing times).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Don't get you hope up guys as got the same email then got a second email🤔 I made this withdrawal on the 19th April 🤔

3 emails in 30 minutes 🤔 don't know what's going on???? First says it will be paid later today or tomorrow, then next 2 emails saying up 2 five days 🙄

Not sure if I believe what they are saying bud, see comments below, hopefully it gets sorted soon 👍

Guess They making me wait lol Ive been pretty vocal and i dont care how long they make me wait now. Not even an offer of compensation for the  emotional distress or inconvenience all this has caused these companies are a disgrace. And should be shut down permanently.

Hi, early today i wrote that i requested an withdrawal of £500 two weeks ago on casimba and didnt recieve the money. An update to this is that i just recieved an email that tells me that my withdrawal was aproved and the money should reach my account soon.  so is good news for everybody is having issues with casimba.

Thank you for your review and we apologise for the long wait in receiving your withdrawal recently. Unfortunately, one of our payment processors we use had a technical issue which impacted some batches of withdrawals. This not only impacted our customers, but also affected customers from other operators and merchants across the globe as this payment processor is one of the largest in the world dealing in billions of transactions. 

 

I can assure you this is being dealt with at a senior management level and is the number one priority both for our payment processor and us to resolve this issue and we are working 24/7 until this is resolved. Unfortunately, I can’t give you an exact time frame, but I have been informed that they are very close to solving it. As soon as we have the details of your withdrawal, our payments department will be in touch with you directly via email to let you know the status of your withdrawal.   

 

In the meantime, if you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our 24/7 support team. Again, thank you for your patience on this matter and we appreciate your support and understanding.

I hope everyone now has their money. I know I wasn't replying too much on here, but I was sending a lot of emails behind the scenes chasing things up and trying to get things sorted. 

At least now we know what the problem was and everyone appears to have been paid.
