Well I had a big win on Christmas Eve on magic mirror deluxe 2. £2 stake and won £20,000  I genuinely thought the game had broken. Now the sad part I got drunk and lost it all in roulette have since self excluded myself:( I think it’s important to share the losses as well as the wins. I think it will haunt me forever.

Mate that's horrible. I had a friend who got an online casino balance to over 120k, the casino made him jump through a ton of hoops to get his money but wouldn't freeze the winnings, he gambled the whole lot and lost.

Yes my problem was the casino made me send endless amounts of documents:( so just decided to carry playing cus I had a drink but if I was able to get it into my bank straight away it would never of happened. I

I keep banging on about only using the "big four" bookies on here. I recently had a 5k win on Coral, no drama, money was in my account in 2 days. If you stick to PP, Betfred, Coral, William Hill Ladbroke and Betfair, I really can't see the point in having an account with anyone else.?

Yeah I don't remember what my pal used but you could withdraw and it sits in pending but it gave him the option to cancel the withdrawal.

You cannot do this anymore due to so many people cancelling their pending withdrawal. Not that it helps you though.

Didn't know it had been scrapped this was about 5 years ago

I said many times before reversals were banned they should at least count to deposit limits. If you have one in place it might prevent some loss.

 

The solution for anyone concerned they may do similar to the above is to enact a timeout. 24 hours or so until you can log in sober and control. Or live chat account closure so they have to pay out or your account is locked until docs provided

In my case I couldn’t submit my withdrawal till I provided all documents which I did and I’m still awaiting a response from the casino not like it matters now

oh dear, that's terrible. We have probably all been there to some extent.

I once won 11k in a Casino and was only allowed to withdraw a certain amount per day. Took me about a week to get it out and I resisted the temptation to play until I had seen all the money in my bank account. Sadly didn't stop me reinvesting and eventually losing it losing it back in a couple of weeks of high stakes madness.

Ironically the KYC and other hoops you have to go through to play online has stopped me playing online. As I won about 6k from Video Slots a few years ago and it took a week to get that money out.

 Agree with Mentholdan, the big UK bookies are much more straightforward, although I prefer to play in the shops (covid permitting).
