Casino Refusing to pay winnings

Hello guys and gals, I have a withdrawal from a casino sat pending which it has been for over 3 months now. I’ve made several official complaints which have got me no where and contacted customer service a bunch of times but get the same response which is “there is no update into this matter”. What do you suggest doing? I’m fully verified on their website so not sure why they are holding the withdrawal

Is the casino registered with the UKGC? If so take it to them as a complaint.

If they’re not then you’re likely playing at a site that’s not “reputable” and will be struggling to get paid

Was reading a few books on high end sports betting and not getting paid is a regular thing. You did not say if the payout was $500 or $500,000
