Some people like certain streamers, other people don't like certain streamers. Yes some streamers are more transparent than others, with regards q1deposits/affiliate money (I think the bandit did an hour video all about it).

If you don't like them, its probably not worth watching, but equally if you do watch and dont like it you're entitled to an opinion. And maybe darren or a mod can correct me, but I didn't think it was against the site rules, as long as it's not abusive?

You’re absolutely right, there’s nothing in the forum rules that dictates who you should or shouldn’t like, however I think the tone of this one is starting to get out of hand.

I like a heated debate, we’re all adults so hopefully not offended by the odd curse word, but let’s discuss the issue and not have back and forths calling each other a twat though. 

An open request to all - can we get this thread back on track and not just trade insults please?

Bottom line here, and I'm not just saying this to the creator of this thread but to anyone who gives a honk, dont want streamers. Do not watch streamers if you cannot control your gambling full stop. I dont think people like nick and bandit at the very least are dodgy - and like previously said on here if they have a better rtp from the casino I think it's not their doing but I still dont think so. If I think back in my poor gambling history, I cant think of too many losses because there were so many but I remember my big wins and I think that's the kinda deal going on here. You mention the big wins but add up the big losses.

Final point, put this into a metaphor.. we are all mice (hear me out). If what you're saying is the streamers are showing us how tasty a block of cheese is, if you go and start eating the cheese on the mouse trap they've set up and then lose a bomb, you probably need to look at yourself rather than blaming others.

You should be able to say what you want about any streamer, as long as its not slanderous. They're mostly doing the same thing, albeit at different stakes and logic says those that are playing at 20p and 40p stakes are more likely to be real as opposed to "fake". However, my biggest bugbear is how some of them are using their stream as a vehicle for their "views" even more so with the current state of affairs. There are people who watch these guys and believe what they hear is all true. I think gullible is the word I would use. I've heard streamers telling their audience that the government have messed up the way the corona pandemic has been handled, that heads of state "haven't got a clue" that is an actual quote from one popular streamer. They then go on to tell everyone what the government's should be doing and how the situation should be handled and when it will all end. 

Stick to what you think you do best guys.

Oh absolutely, streamers in general are guilty of that. Theres a film called Contagion I watched recently on Netflix, and in there a streamer was saying dont use the drugs they're telling you to use etc and it mimics real life. Not just gambling streamers and if anything even bigger with other streamers that have thousands of watchers every stream. BUT it is the fault of the believing viewer if they take that view.

At the beginning of this pandemic, word spread so much that "its just the flu, I'm not changing what I do" and I felt like the only prick not being a sheep and being careful for my friends and families sake.. and now look! The world has too many sheep.

We all have a lot more spare time on our hands. More chance to play more time to see Footage. I go back to graft on Tuesday on a building site after two weeks off . Before this isolation I would watch stop and step on YouTube for 30mins four nights a week ... after checking in at the bookies on my way home from work for a bet... now inundated with slot videos ✌🏼

Bandit is very entertaining sure, and he does great videos which I always watch and I think he’s just a mad gambler, I remember around 10 years ago there was a meet up from guys off another forum and the Bandit was on the video, he was caning £20s into bookies roulette doing £100 a spin, he came across as a well off bloke not minding if he done his bollocks in.

He denies being a millionaire but he must be if he can afford spunking £100k, I imagine winning say £4 million on the lotto and blowing £100k, well anyone would be gutted for weeks.
