I can't see any sense in allowing bookies to reopen on April 12th, but arcade delayed until May 17th.

Rightly so. I don't know everyone else's experiences, but the arcades I have been in since covid have been much cleaner and socially distanced than bookies.

Are the govt implementing the 15 minute rule in bookies?

Arcades are much safer.

The reason we were gave was that in arcades it more of a social thing more people meet and stay longer in them.
