I recently opened an account on casimba having watched this channel on youtube. All was well nice casino. Deposit was easy. I had a win of 2250 CAD and tried to cashout. 

They ask for documents which all casinos do so i sent my documents. No reply for days so i contact them. They told me my documents had been denied and they had emailed me. I got no email in my spam or main account. Ok i initially sent my drivers license and a letter from my bank for my address which has usually been more than enough on sites such as pokerstars or netbet. 

I then send my passport and 2 other letters confirming my address. No response for 7 days now. I contact them again and they say that has also been denied. I ask why and the chat person keeps repeating resend it. I ask them whats the problem so i can send it a final time and we can move on. Same responses. 

This casino doesnt seem to want to pay. Its unfortunate as this channel led me to their site and this is the first time i am having an issue cashing out. 

If anyone can help it would be appreciated. And if stopandstep can "step" in. It woulf be awesome. Thanks for reading to the end.

Complain on social media make as much noise as you can, complain to your bank. Try here:

Thanks stormy. They have now processed my cashout but im not very optimistic about receiving it. Initially it was a 3 business day turnaround. Now its been moved to 10. Im very disappointed in this casino. Never had these issues on any ither site in my years of playing.

I’m having the same problem with casimba withdrew £400 uploaded my documents accepted my provisional but manually reviewing my bank statement told me I’d here from them in 48hours yet it’s been 4 days any advice?

Fully agree, took 5 emails and 3 live chats to get a response a joke casino only used them cos I watch this YouTube channel and they seemed legit

I eventually did get my cashout but it was like pulling teeth. Good luck and my advice would be to keep harassing them. 

 

I cashed out once more after being verified and that one was quite simple but my cashouts are small. Under 5k. I wonder how they deal with bigger players because they really dont seem to wana pay.

How long roughly did it take you? I’m emailing them twice a day at the moment just worries in case they shut my account, I won 4K on grosvenor casino had no problems but £400 and I’m having all this hassle most certainly won’t be playing here again if it takes this long for withdrawals and to verify documents that normally take 24 hours to verify on any other site

I put a similar post on a recent Stop & Step bonus hunt 23/03/2021 about Casimba & White Hat Gaming.....for some reason it was removed, nothing derogatory no bad language just stating the truth.

Hey Chazzle, I haven't removed any of your posts. I just had a look through your old posts and founds these that may be related:

Is it either of those? The only other thing I can think of if it's not those posts, it may not have posted due to a connection issue maybe.

No problem Darren...I did add a post about White Hat Gaming, they run a few platforms & after accepting a deposit bonus my first spin edited with a "boxed message" loss limit activated, I've done all the source of wealth, bank statements etc: Nov2020 & by the time they got back to me the bonus had expired, White Hat Gaming actually got back to me the very day after the expiry date of the bonus....very convenient after taking my deposit to activate the bonus,
