Anyone else having issues with dream Vegas?

Took my deposit but then doesn't show on my casino account, they tell me to call bank but due to covid19 unable to get money back, casino say need to wait til it's fixed. But they are still allowing customers to deposit knowing that there is issues

i joined dream vegas  last sunday , put in £25 , got a 200 percent bonus , went into wagering , got a 140 hit on river of gold for 20 p , got a 90 hit on jammin jars , got a 204 hit on temple of treasure , smashed the wagering by wednesday night , took out 400 , at 1030 am on thursday ,  it sat pending untill saturday morning , went through  , it was in my bank account an hour later , they didnt even ask to verify my account .a most excellent site in my humble opinion . i cant praise them enough 😀

had 1 problem with dream vegas last night, went to log in and my account was locked for some random reason. Went into live chat and asked them why. They said they dont know and i had to contact them by email, so i just left it a few hours, tried to log in again and it worked. Very weird how they would lock my account then unlock it again. but other than that they have been amazing with quick withdrawals

i got a message from them on tuesday afternoon concerning the amount of hours id spent on them since sunday , they locked me for about an hour then let it open again , might be that man ?

i told them that i was locked up in the house because of thee virus and was just playing for fun as i had nothing else to do , they were fine with that

Does anyone had issue with DV? I played few times and lost when I started to when trying to withraw they locked my account. Went to chat to someone online and they said I will be contacted. Funny part is they never email me or asked me for verification at all.

3 times they've blocked my account .Thet ask for documents so I sent they tell me I'm verified then they block my withdrawal .I'm going round in circles over and over again
