Hi Darren/ everyone,

i decided to give MrQ a go as like the games on there and obviously watch YouTube, I’ve started off with not to much luck and deposited around 4/5k

finally get a win today and go to withdraw 1.8k back to same card . Get a immediate email stating need to verify me as part of there license . I think it’s disgusting that I’m not verified when I’m losing but as soon as you take a bit back you start getting problems, anyone else had this??

No, because I verified my MRQ  account before i deposited. Why are you surprised at having to send ID, it's no different from any other casino,  hence the KYC request . No idea why you are disgusted to be honest.

I still think they should perform full verification before you’re allowed to deposit. The government likes to step in to stop autospins and quick spins to stop people losing money so quickly, but don’t seem to mind when people can’t withdraw.

I think I would already be verified Cazza if I’ve deposited over 5k……..

I don't think it matters how much you deposit the account needs verification I think the only exception would probably be if you opened an account years ago before the new regs came in. But as Jim Bowen used to say "your moneys' safe" just give them the info and you'll get weighed in. Finally, as I've said before, I'll never understand why people don't use the big boys like William Hill, Betfair, Corals, Betfred,  Bet 365, Paddy Power, Ladbrokes?

I mainly use PP, the first withdrawal was slightly slower but all the subsequent ones have been pretty instant. I tried Casino Joy about a year ago and they were really slow. It said I was fully verified and only when I went to withdraw did it put a big red cross next to the address verification documents and delayed everything, it took about 2 weeks to pay out. You should never be reliant on money you have in a casino, so I wasn’t desperate and it was only £200. But I certainly wasn’t just going to write it off and it just became an irritation in the end.

when did the new rules come in??? I've deposited over £7K at one casino, not all at once though and have never been asked to verified my account, I'll a bit worry now for when I hit that massive £5,742,692 jackpot on jackpot king
