Online Casino Refusing To Pay Out

Hello guys and gals, I have a withdrawal from a casino sat pending which it has been for over 5 months now. I’ve made several official complaints which have got me no where and contacted customer service a bunch of times but get the same response which is “there is no update into this matter”. What do you suggest doing? I’m fully verified on their website so not sure why they are holding the withdrawal. 

The casino is “Mobile Wins” and the they are regulated by “ProgressPlay”. 
 

The amount is just over £7000.

Hey Jacob, it’s not a casino that I’ve ever come across I’m afraid. Have they asked you for any more docs or anything?

I can recommend perhaps starting a thread on askgamblers.com as they seem to have the ears of the casinos and will hopefully get a resolution for you. Failing that, I can only suggest contacting the gambling commission as 5 months is way too long.

They are run by progressplay which seem to have a hell of a lot of casino websites. 
 

I’ve even contacted IBAS to get them to potentially make a ruling in my favour but they stated that because “mobilewins” have an active review into my account they are unable to do anything until that has concluded. 
I think I’m going to phone the UKGC today at some point and see what they say. Yeah I made the withdrawal request on the 3rd June!
