I agree with that. All the checks should be done before you’re allowed to deposit, and if it’s affordability they’re worried about then they should restrict your first deposits until they’ve got enough information. They certainly should never wait until it’s time to play off your bonuses or make a withdrawal.

I know Inspired slots (you have a lot on your list), last for ages - They'll save pretty much forever. I'm pretty sure your other bonuses will save for a long time too. I've left some for many days and still had them. 
The compliance is a nuisance, and is often done by outside companies, so Casimba for example will be waiting for whoever they use to get back to them. You are right though, none of the casinos should let you play until the checks are complete.
