William Hill incompetence (rant)

Trying to deposit on William Hill and I get a message saying I have reached my deposit limit and can next deposit at 28/03/2023 19:44

OK, well that was nearly 16 and a half hours ago so I can't wait for the past to come around. It's gone. That's kinda how time works! Log out and in, same problem.

Help section advises Live Chat to be the best way to get in touch. Loading Live Chat says it is no longer live so responses may take a while.

Agent eventually tells me on 29/03/2023 at 12:06 that the time should have said 29/03/2023 @ 00:12.44 I point out that was 12 hours ago to be told that's correct time try later.

Idiots.

Bookies deposit question. Can the staff behind the counter make it so the machine dont accept money?. Plenty of times i gone into my local wills and the machine spits out the money. gone over to local Corals and its fine?.
