MrQ withholding 9k withdrawal

Has anyone had any experience with mrQ

 

Up until beginning of this year I had no problem, depositing withdrawing! Loved the site really fun and paid out on games. I made 2 withdrawals 1st of Jan this year after depositing a large amount using winnings from Mr Q! Total of x2 withdrawals = £9000.00!! They've still not paid me back! Said this was due to identity verification,  I sent everything, they respond every 4 -7 days, with yet more documents requests even after they said the last document was to complete the checks! It's the same thing going round and round. I've not broken any rules, I've nothing to hide, I just want my withdrawals, feels really frustrating waiting nearly a month now 😭. The support team are really lovely and very empathetic with me but yet say verification is a different team they cannot help. I've heard nothing in over 5 days now even after chasing constantly. Anyone have idea of what I can do, please? Has anyone else had this?

Quick enough and easy enough to accept deposits, but as soon as you win and want a withdrawal they all make it very hard. I won £1300 at casimba a few weeks ago and it took 2 weeks to finally get my money because they wanted verification of address and bank statement even though I verified my address when I opened the account. They just don’t like people winning. They should do all verification process before they allow you to deposit.

I agree, I understand the pressure they are under to comply with rules and regulations but I just wish it was a sign up thing, more than the electronic verification. This may have made my process easier! It is really frustrating however because of me redepositis I clearly triggered a threshold to have to complete these checks, it's just very slow and I hope they do pay put, of course 🙂

Mrq not giving me £300 I won due to my sons card being on my PayPal account , this has now been resolved but Mrq still not sent money

Also having a problem with Mrq not paying me any suggestions as they are not replying to emails
