Mr. Q casino - withdrawals for new sign-up

I recently joined Mr. Q casino mainly because I’ve seen Darren on there a lot lately, so I thought they must be decent.

I created my account, deposited £50 and luckily enough cashed out £300.

Now the selling blurb for this casino bang on about fast withdrawals, but my request hasn’t even been authorised yet and then I suspect the 3-5 day wait begins?

Am I just unlucky or are they always this slow to act?

To top it off, there’s no live chat or phone number to phone.

What’s your experience? So far, I’m really not impressed.

Never had an issue been on there about 6 months. Withdrawal is instant. I verify my documents before depositing on any site.

This seems the most likely possibility. It’s always best to wait until you’re fully verified before depositing, although I don’t think you should be allowed to deposit before they’ve done their checks.

So you’re all right, they wanted verification. Shame I had to wait two days and then have to contact them to find this out 🙄

Ive supplied this info now, so feel like I now just need to wait for the wheels to turn, very slowly!

I’m hoping future withdrawals won’t be as painful! 😳

I'm having the same problem with dream vegas,  I got a 2k cash out and have been fully verified.  The withdrawal was moved to excepted on Monday, the had an email saying allow 10 days for the money to reach the account.  How the hell does it take 10 days !

I had a similar scenario with Casino Joy about a year ago. I was fully verified (they have green ticks next to each document requirement to show this), went to make a withdrawal and suddenly one of these ticks turned into an exclamation mark. It took about 2 weeks for them to pay me. Only £200, but I certainly wasn’t going to write it off!

First withdrawal is always time consuming, but one thing you need to be careful of is using Apple/Google Pay for your first deposit when you’ve registered your debit card. Although it’s the same bank account, Apple Pay uses a token number which differs to the card number and will look like a different withdrawal method the casino needs to verify.

OK thanks for replying,  I used a debit card.  Hopefully the money will arrive within the next 5 days. Will let you know

Ah, that’s good news then. Fingers crossed it’s resolved quickly! 🙂

These sites should get your documents first before letting you bet but they are so keen to take your money they always wait until you win and want to take money out and then they suddenly want documents..

I’m having the same issue. Deposited today and won 3k! Landed a grand jackpot on a cash collect game. Over the moon, literally as soon as I clicked the withdraw button, the verification email arrives. It’s only ID and Address verification which I personally don’t have any issues with providing.

What I found surprising is on the withdrawal screen it says requested and that they can take up to 1-2 days to approve at their end.  Once approved I know my bank takes 2 days to pay.. 1 full day to clear then it appears in my account on day 2. The lack of people to contact about the documents feels slightly poor and then their chat says a day to get back to you.

I usually use Video Slots and they really are rapid, as long as fully verified (and they are really clear on what you need to do) your withdrawal is done in 5 minutes and that’s no exaggeration. I don’t get why they can’t all be like this.

Some of these casinos are just there to steal your money & personal details, I’d be very careful. Giving up all my financial & personal info to people in Mediterranean, just to play online slots . Stick to well established uk casinos the bonuses are crap but at least you’re not going to be a victim of identity theft.
