Hi i was recently in Ladbrokes and had a lovely win, but because i used my Santander Debit Mastercard to put the money onto the FOBT they said my winning have to be put back onto my card account. I'm just curious how long does it take for the money / funds to show in my bank the person behind the desk said i would be pretty quick but it's been over 12 hrs now and i'm still waiting.   Anyone with info or any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙂

Any time up to 5 "working" says but usually within 24 hours

Just so you know, you only have to have the matching amount put back to your card. I don't know if this is legal or policy but if say you use the card to put in £50 and win £500. Take out your winnings on the ticket, re-enter it but only put £60 in and cash out the rest into a ticket. Then you can send the £60 back to your card and they have to give you the other in cash.  And yes, upto 3 working days, send like a refund. 

I've done this numerous times over the years.
