Why does it feel that the winners are not randomly picked? They are all won by named persons and we never get to see the draw. It should be made more transparent for the people who bother to enter.

You mean you didn't win, so you don't like the way it's drawn. How would you make it more transparent? I'm not doing a live video to pick winners in a contest. Feel free not to enter a free draw, where I ask pretty much nothing of those who enter other than a comment and a like.
