Just seen Emma Raducanu speaking fluent Chinese on the telly, that means, she just added another 1.4 Billion to her fan base. 😂

Gather her parents are financiers and Emma went Newstead Wood School a selective grammar school. Born in Canada her parents are Chinese and Romanian and Emma holds British and Canadian citizenship a bit like Lennox Lewis. Not exactly the girl next door, but clearly super intelligent and her tennis looks like the real deal, apart from maybe her serving needs to improve a bit. It was so nice to watch a women's final where the participants where not shrieking or grunting on every shot.

I remember Federer lost his next tournament (Swiss Open) after winning his first Wimbledon. The real test for Emma will be after returning from the winter break next year.

Hate to say I told you so but Emma got knocked out in straight sets in the first round at Indian Wells last week, her first match since her historic win in New York. 🙄🙄🙄
