Playzee rip off and robbery

I just today on the 12/08/21 deposited £400 at Playzee online casino which i have used many times before. My intention was to play the £400 off and collect as many bonuses as i could to play at the end but after about £200 in and 4 saved bonuses i received a message saying my time limit was reached and my account was locked therefor unable to collect the remaining funds or bonuses i had saved. After 20 minutes talking to a robotic live chat machine and no contact phone and no sucsess this as left me very dissapointed and upset. I have sent a email to them but i am not very optimistic. Does anyone have any suggestion?

Hear Pal. You probably set a time playing timer at some stage I would suspect. There is nothing you can do if you have. See if they have live chat and check the time out period. You should be able go reset it once time has lapsed.

You have clearly set a limit of play in your settings. I think your headline of robbery is slightly exxagerated. As far as I can see no one has "robbed" you of your money.

I haven't set any limit on any account ever and for them to lock my account with no access to the bonuses saved or my remaining funds is exactly robbery!
