Hi guys need a bit of help here as i dont know what to do. As anyone had anything trouble  with boyle sports before? i have been with them for over a year never any problems over the weekend i was playing  family fortunes mega ways was on 40p a spin got the bonus won £10000 withdrew  £8000 now ever time am on live chat i keep getting the same answer from them saying they cant give me a update on the withdrawal its with management for approval. they have deleted my pending withdrawal on my account transactions. What am i best to do here. If anyone can help that be be great

Follow the Boyle Sports complaints procedure details will be in their T&C's. Take screen shots and put everything in it writing (email will do).

Bookmakers shouldn't hold onto your money unfairly and should follow their T&C's.

If things are not resolved to your satisfaction you can threaten to make a complaint to the Gambling commission:

It's 3 to 5 working days which prob won't count sat or Sun. You aren't at that stage to hit the panic button yet
