Yeah, it seems to be affecting some people but not others but they do seem to be rolling this out across the board.

There’s a thread from a couple of weeks ago where people raised this.

To be honest if you watch the video just when you get your notification it lets you watch it

usually an hour or so later I’m not allowed to watch
