I get the dragon or tiger bet

But what is the point of the bet on the green circle and what does it pay if you win ?

Green circle is for a draw,  (both cards the same) pays 11/1

or you can bet on a suited draw,  i assume that's Jacks Queens or Kings,  that pays 50/1

I believe the suited draw is when both has exactly the same card, similar to the perfect pair bet in blackjack. The more decks that are in play, the better the chance of hitting it.

Ok thanks I never play perfect pair when I play blackjack so assume this is also a poor bet

There’s definitely a clear house edge when playing perfect pair, although the more decks in play the more chance of hitting it. Saying that, it’s easier to memorise what cards have gone if you’re playing fewer decks... swings and roundabouts.
