On the 16th of April I made a few deposits into my dean Vegas account but lost . 
 

I then went to another casino and tried to make a deposit but it was unsuccessful as since the 14th of April no casino can accept payment by credit card i didn’t know this.

 

so I contacted dream Vegas and was told they don’t understand what my issue was - I explained they allowed me to make numerous deposits after the 14th again the person I spoke to didn’t seem to care so I asked to speak to a manager who then said he will get the relevant department to resolve this issue . 
 

it’s now been a week and dream Vegas have not contacted me and when I speak to them in live chat I am told they are still investigating . 
 

this in my opinion is  it acceptable if the ukgc gave rules that u can not deposit by card after the 14th April and they allow it . Then There is nothing to investigate

WOW I’m starting to hear more complaints about dream Vegas it’s the only online casino I use I’ve not had any problems so far 

now dream Vegas did send me an email about a month ago saying they were not accepting credit card payments after the 14th of April 

did you get this email from them did you delete it without reading it or is it in a junk folder ?

failing that you could contact the gambling commission direct there’s even a phone number for them 

not sure if your entitled to your money back or what would of happened if you had a big cashout

I received an email from all the casinos I have an account with. I refuse to believe they did not email you prior to this.

I have never used or owned a credit card at all. Need to agree with previous answer though about using a credit card to gamble.

Therea loopholes, as according so other forums, you can still deposit with credit card via paypal, as the casino receives the payment from paypal and doesn't seek the original source, cash outs are then paid via PayPal.... i tried this and it seems to work, well it did last week. Maybe not now, but to try it i put £20 on as its whithat gamings minimum deposit,  i then withdrew it after 5 20p spins

At the time I didn’t know if they emailed me or not as the email I use for gambling is different to my personal email ( so I don’t check it as who wants constant spam emails ) 

My issues isnt about refunds or anything like that - it’s more the fact they allowed the deposits to happen and then there attitude once I realised they should have allowed it . 
 

this was a direct deposit from my credit card and not through a 3rd party etc . I’m not looking for a refund or anything like that I’m just more concerned they allowed it to happen .

also would they use this as a loophole not to pay winnings made by credit a credit card deposit after the 14th April . A example would be due to a technical error deposits were accepted by credit card after the 14th April as this is against ukgc regulations we need to void winnings and refund your original deposit 😂
