Has anyone had a problem recently with Ladbrokes. Won £900 3 weeks ago withheld ticket and had me jumping through hoops ever since. All to do with my affordability. Never once asked when I lost. Still not resolved. Poor customer service is an understatement

I don’t use Ladbrokes, but I think you have every right to raise a complaint. I can understand affordability when you’re making deposits, but why would they need to check when you’re making a withdrawal…?

Assuming it's an Entain decision, loss limit and deposit limits online are now required. 2 days ago i tried to deposit on Corals (also owned by Entain) but had to complete a budget questionnaire. No idea why that should stop your withdrawal though
