Lost bonus.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this before. I’ve staked roughly £400-500 on £1 stake on a game called pile em up. If you haven’t played it it’s a collection based bonus that continues from previous play. It had been maybe 2 months since I last played the game and it all reset. I’ve spoke to MrQ support team, gave them relevant information and they have contacted the game developer. Just wondering if anyone can suggest the outcome, they said it will take about a week?

Also to cement my claim the first spin in which I realised it had reset I hit the first bonus symbol, which is the one I would’ve needed to get the bonus.
