Are there new rules coming soon for gambling?. Im sure i seen that the gov is doing another reform in UK but what is it?.

Yes, a fair amount of guesswork at the moment about what might be applied. This was the response document:

The Gambling Commission is an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport and whom I've always thought are mostly "out to lunch" when it comes to horse racing (example ISP's monitoring especially handicaps such as the Grand National), have managed to attract criticism from punters and more recently government ministers.
