Good idea???

is this a good idea or would it lull you into a false sense of security, tells you which slots are "hot" so presumably paying out and the one's that are cold

I don’t mind it, it wouldn’t make me change the games I play. It’s similar to hot and cold numbers you see on the display at the roulette wheel. 

I suppose if you’re naive enough to think you’re on a sure fire winner when playing a hot game, then it could be dangerous. I suppose they could balance it out and show the slots that are paying out naff all though!

I'm not saying this can't be trusted but what success odds come out of this ? I bet it's still house edge. lol
