BGO – a Major UK Online Casino Ceases Operations

After ten years of work BGO entertainment is leaving the gambling industry. That happened after an investigation by the UK Gambling Commission, which revealed failings in key objectives of the license agreement and the company lost its UK online casino license on October 22^nd, 2021. They have already surrendered their Alderney license which was suspended in the end of 2021.

The British regulator carried out an in-depth review of the company under Section 116 of the 2005 Gambling Act which was prompted by serious doubts that the company was able to maintain gaming services according to the jurisdiction's requirements. That, in turn, led to their license suspension.
