This year's Breeders Cup was easily the best in its history. Two Japanese trained horses winning was a real game changer, I don't think the meeting will ever be the same again, "for the best" 

Space Blues win was made even more special for me as I've put it up here at least 9 times in the last 2 years and without double checking it must have won on at least 6 of those occasions. It was only 2-1 on Sat. Night but never really looked in any danger. Oisin Murphy rode a 45-1 winner and with William Buick and Charlie Appleby having a double on the night with Space Blues and Yibir it was a rare night at the Breeders Cup for the Brits.
