I was in William hill and chucked £100 into the FOBT, I was playing cops n robbers mega on premium play, won the super spins and it got to £320 and the machine powered down, when it came back on it only had £76 left from my initial deposit.
 

No recourse apparently and the shop can’t do anything about it.  I’ve lodged a complaint but I can’t see this amounting to anything.

I had that happen to me in William hill on leprechauns with the mushrooms bonus , win £500, the machine reset itself, when came on no win, l took screenshot on my phone to show my mates  of the £500 jackpot just before it went blank and reset itself , complained and eventually offered  £250 from William hill , which l took

7 months though to get paid from time it happened,
