Went in to my local betfred today wrote my bet down give the slip to cashier along with my money bet comes it at 25-1 with £40 pounds on it to my surprise the lady has put the wrong bet through and give me a old bet back by mistake as it was 9.54pm told me to come back tomorrow to sort this out do anything I will be paid ????

But cashier has accepted all responsibility and totally put the blame on herself so fingers crossed I get paid out today.

Update after they reviewed all cctv evidence and they could see. I was betting every two minutes on the South Oak Park virtual’s. They paid me, but had to show two forms of ID and had to be paid back on my bank card even though I paid cash for the vet so thankful got paid.

I was in my local other month someone won 14k on virtual dogs in another coral which he said they wouldnt pay out after arguing with them. He came to this coral and they were trying there best to sort it and gave him a complaint form which even they said was disgusting. Dont no out come but hope he got paid out. Willing to take 1k pluss on machines from people but not will to give it back.
