I really don't understand HMRC, I paid too much tax last year, so I'm getting a rebate, if I claim online then I will get the money into my account within 5 days, but if I don't then I will get a cheque sent to me five weeks later, why didn't you just send me the cheque with this letter, you chuckle f***s???!!!

Anything todo with money they want you to go cashless or online any other way they want rid off as more controll over cashless and online. etc
