GiG Sells Rizk, Kaboo, Guts, and Thrills Casinos to Betsson

The Gaming Innovation group (GiG) decided to sell several casino brands - Rizk, Guts, Kaboo and Thrills - to Betsson AB.

Apparently the sale costs some 31 million EUR. According to the terms of the deal, Betsson will pay 22.3 million EUR in cash to acquire the assets as well as a premium platform fee based on the generated net revenue. 8.7 million EUR will be paid as a premium fee in advance.

Betsson also revealed that they intend to keep the aforementioned brands active on the GiG platform for some 30 months at the very least.
