KSA Warns Dutch Players to Avoid Unlicensed Online Casinos

The Dutch gambling regulator (KSA – the Dutch Gaming Authority) recently issued a warning against using unlicensed companies to gamble with. The agency reminded people that they should withdraw unused funds from their accounts at casinos without a license as they may disappear soonr or later.

The agency also warned that such casinos often try to evade the authorities and “black out” their sites as soon as they start being investigated. As a consequence, people who had funds in them lose them as the operators block access to their sites.

The Netherlands’ gambling market has been open since 2021 but they engage in strict oversight of the casinos operating on it and impose hefty fines on those that break their rules.

I think this a prudent advice, personally, I wouldn’t deal with an unlicensed company.
