Hi all,

I'm interested in what is the mortgage interest in your state/country.

I'm interested in buying a property outside my country of origin and I'm currently looking into different options.

I'd appreciate your comments 🙂

Hi, my cousin has bought an apartment in Sofia, Bulgaria and the interest rate there is 1.6%
