Gambling Logs

Hi All,

Ever since I started gambling, I've kept a gambling log to keep track of my wins and losses. Asked my friends who also gamble about whether they keep track, and they looked at me if I'm crazy and told me they don't bother because "it'll ruin the fun of the game, you play it for the experience." I've always thought that it's always good to keep track of where you're at, as a form of reality check. Just would like to hear some thoughts about it, thanks!
