Hi, I had a win with dream vegas today and tried to withdraw my winnings of only £100 but they are saying issue with card, i've contacted the bank who say no issues and no attempts have been made by dream vegas also when contacting dream vegas they just tell me to put it in an email which is worrying as i'm being lied to, does anyone have any advice?
