Trouble withdrawing from dreamvegas

Hi guys wondering if you can help. I’m having some trouble with withdrawing from dreamvegas. I made the withdrawal Thursday night and received a confirmation email instantly saying the payment was successfully processed. It hasn’t appeared yet in my PayPal account and after contacting PayPal they say there is no sign of a payment with them. Dreamvehas are adamant the funds where Released there end. Any advice?
