Quite simple really dont call them slot machines but instead gaming machines and remove all references to pounds and pence, do what that american online place does call them sweepstake coins which just happen to be redeemable at 1£ to 1Sweepstake coin then technically your not gambling just gaming for fun am sure the big sites well established could easily convert the slots
