My question is being allowed to bet more than your deposit limit.

Is the casino at fault or is it solely the responsibility of the player.

Could you claim it back via ADR for example

Betting more? No. Depositing more it depends on how it has been achieved.

If you have a deposit limit if £100 and gamble that up to £1000 then lose the lot that’s your fault.

 

If you have a deposit limit of £100 and then lose that, then are able to deposit more funds within the deposit limit period then that shouldn’t happen and you have a case.
