Casimba cashout denied - Online Casinos - Stop and Step

I recently opened an account on casimba having watched this channel on youtube. All was well nice casino. Deposit was easy. I had a win of 2250 CAD and tried to cashout. 

They ask for documents which all casinos do so i sent my documents. No reply for days so i contact them. They told me my documents had been denied and they had emailed me. I got no email in my spam or main account. Ok i initially sent my drivers license and a letter from my bank for my address which has usually been more than enough on sites such as pokerstars or netbet. 

I then send my passport and 2 other letters confirming my address. No response for 7 days now. I contact them again and they say that has also been denied. I ask why and the chat person keeps repeating resend it. I ask them whats the problem so i can send it a final time and we can move on. Same responses. 

This casino doesnt seem to want to pay. Its unfortunate as this channel led me to their site and this is the first time i am having an issue cashing out. 

If anyone can help it would be appreciated. And if stopandstep can "step" in. It woulf be awesome. Thanks for reading to the end.

Complain on social media make as much noise as you can, complain to your bank. Try here:

Take screen shots of balance  / win etc just in case they try and close your account.

Thanks stormy. They have now processed my cashout but im not very optimistic about receiving it. Initially it was a 3 business day turnaround. Now its been moved to 10. Im very disappointed in this casino. Never had these issues on any ither site in my years of playing.
