Was watching this last night and seem to think the ball doesn’t sound right and also it seems to just completely die when it stops in the wheel no bounce or kicks or anything, does anyone else think the same?

I think most online roulette is like that. Me personally I wouldn't play it online. I'm guessing that's what you mean as you don't say roulette in your post.
