Lucky 15s

Since racing resumed I've done 3 lucky 15s, 12 selections in total returning 2 winners 4 seconds and 6 thirds. Saturdays Lucky 15 had 1 winner at 5/2 and I didn't really check my account. Today's lucky 15 returned 1 winner, Shady MC'coy at 12/1, when I checked my balance it was credited with £13. I queried the bet with PP asking why I wasn't given enhanced odds for just 1 winner. I was told there are no enhanced odds for 1 winner in a lucky 15 if the bet is placed on line. 

1. Why should shop punters get enhanced odds and not on line punters? Plus the shops are still closed the last time I looked. 

2. If there are no enhanced odds then the on line betting slip should be headed, "yankee plus" and not a lucky 15 because quite frankly I can't see what's so lucky about it??
