I withdrew £100 from grandivy.com (WHITE HAT GAMING) On the 13/08/2019. I then withdrew £100 from casimba.com (Also WHITE HAT GAMING) on the 14/08/2019.

I recieved the £100 from grandivy but no money from casimba? They said they have paid it in? I then asked casimba for the PayPal transaction ID to then find out that ID is linked to the grandivy transaction!

So I asked if they have made 2 payments or 1. They said they had made 2........I then say OK so whats the other transaction ID???

*live chat* 

"We haven't got the authority to give out transaction ID's, the 1 you received before was an error. We will email you the second transaction ID via email.

ITS BEEN 10 DAYS SINCE WITHDRAWAL AND 3 DAYS SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN "LOOKING AT YOUR CASE, WILL EMAIL YOU WITH FEEDBACK"

HELP!!!
