Casimba - over a week waiting for withdrawal

Hi All, 

 

I joined Casimba about 4 weeks ago. Had a good start. Had three winning sessions with withdrawals that took 24 ours after being approved to be back in my account. 

 

A week a go Sunday 19th of April i played again. I did two withdrawals one of £380.00 and other of £378.96. Both approved on Monday the 20th of April. 

 

I am still yet to receive any money to my account from these withdrawals. 

 

Is anyone else struggling with Casimba at the moment? 

 

I only decided to join as stop and step plays with them.

had an update tonight its a problem with there payment processor and have a high volume of withdraws awaiting process at this moment the time frame is not confirmed as when the issue will be resolved

@StopandStep thank you for this. They have now requested bank statement to prove i haven't been paid. So am sending that to them now. Hopefully this gets it sorted.    Will keep you updated

hi have had the same problem with dream vegas which i believe they are connected withdraw 400 pounds was approved by themon the 20th april

still no money have been incontact with them and even sent them a statement as they have said it should of been paid by now waiting for them to reply have used them for ages and never had a problem the chap on the online chat said they had been having a problem with withdrawals which had been resolved we wait and see..

I don’t believe there’s anyone on here that works for any online casino, not openly at least.

Thanks i know Casumo has people on some of the other forums.

I hear a lot of these stories (although they’re the minority of cases I’d guess) which is one of the reasons I don’t go online, I use bricks and mortar bookies. I’m a low roller and will put a £2 acca on the football on a Saturday. If it comes in, then I can pick up my £30-£40 at 5pm. I’d really hate to have to go through all of this for such a small amount.

Hi, I have just spoken to the casino and they informed me the problem was with certain banks which were having technical issues last week. I know Lloyds were having issues and I think they are cleared up now. 

They asked me if you could speak to them in their live chat so they can confirm things are sorted. 

Let me know how you get on.

@StopandStep thank you for this. They have now requested bank statement to prove i haven't been paid. So am sending that to them now. Hopefully this gets it sorted.

dream vegas have had my statement for well over 24hrs now still no reply back from them sent them email for update nothing back yet looks like this gonna take while to get sorted ..

the reply email when i sent mine said i would have a response in 24 hours. Only an hour or so left of that and nothing yet.

lukey still no reply from them sent them more emails nothing back just a reply saying the will look at it within 24hrs think that reply gets sent out on auto to all emails been over 2 days now i will keep on chasing ..

@StopandStep please can you try and get an update from Casimba regarding the withdrawal situation, it seems to be effecting several of your members. I had a withdrawal for £5000 accepted back to my bank on Wednesday 22nd April and I still don’t have the funds in my account. I’m getting no help on live chat and I told them it was making me anxious which has now made them set an automatic self exclusion on my account. They keep changing the goalposts for time frames I just want a clear response and what they issue is? I’m concerned they now won’t pay me.

Hello I was a new member of Casimba casino and I played on the 20/04/2020 and won £657.92 I canceled my bonus because i hadn't reached the bonus funds and decided to withdraw my balance.. I then had to wait almost 50 hrs for them to process the withdrawal which they did on 22/04/2020 at 13:42 hrs amount £657.92 Id No 14412317278.. It is now 19:47 hrs on 30/04/2020 and I still have not received it. After numerous conversation with the costumer service i'm still no clearer in when im getting paid.. I just get told wait 24 hrs or the new one is wait 72 hrs i find this hole experience totally unexceptional and would like you to contact them. I spent funds thinking it was safe to do so now that i had won the money. But because of delay with payment ive not been able to pay my bills which has now cost me more money.  Update I have had symptoms of Covid 19 so i phoned 111 and asked for advice Ive spoken to a Doctor and he has told me to self isolate and will phone me on 5/5/2020 at 11:00 hr to check on my symptoms before i can go outside again. I have no money and very little supply's in because i spent money thinking this was a safe site and I had won the money and would get paid. it is now 10:09 hrs 1/5/2020 and still no funds in my bank this casino you advertise has properly screwed me in a time that I really could do with them not doing.

Update  After reading your reply Stop and step I contacted them.They have now banned me from all there sites for 5 years i told them I covid 19 symptoms  and needed my money of which point a senior customer service Rep jumped in on the conversion and blanket Banned me from all sites . Nice company you represent Stop and Step
