Online demo....opinions

Now I'm not one for diving straight into a online game....fruit machine, even reading the introduction... however if I witness a clip or stream I'm particularly convinced the game is worth a punt. Recently though with a lot more time on my hands, the same as you guys for obvious reasons I've opted for the demo play on a site called SLOTS TEMPLE...thing is I'm not convinced the demo is a true reflection on actual RTP & game play....what do you guys think, how do you determine if the game is worth a try.

When I worked in the bookies we always put one of the FOBTs on demo at night as shop was dead most nights. Played a variety of B2 and B3 games and easily 500 maybe 600 spins some nights without a bonus was a regular occurrence. Mostly £1 stakes
