Are wagering and bonus req a scam?

Recommended Posts

After playing a long time on fruity casa I had an offer to deposit and match 100% with a 35x req.. rules stated no stake over £2. Ive read their terms and no where does it say bonus buys are not allowed. So I purchased a few bonus buys amounting to £1 stake (bonus buy £100) and they refused to pay me when I won. I argued against it and they sent me a consolation of 42% of my winnings. I had to accept or they closed the case anyway... anyone think this is fair?

I think I no what the problem is

was you in bonus money when you brought the bonuses ?

if so even though the stake was under the £2 limit, the bonus cost you £100

most casinos class this as over £1

most casinos automatically won’t let you buy a bonus on bonus money

not Sure about fruity Casa though

Simple answer to your question is YES in my humble opinion...it is designed to ensure that if you are ever lucky enough to win in the short term they have you tried in for a longer period giving the house a massive opportunity to claw their losses back.
