Hello guys, was just playing on Casimba and didn't realise i had gone into bonus funds as i didn't get the notification like i normally do on other sites was playing on Jammin Jar's wasn't paying much attention doing £6 a spin then noticed it hit the bonus spins and won £4500 what are the chances of them paying out if i make the wagering? or is it pretty much 100% unlikely? Thanks

I presume casimba as a maximum of £5 a spin when playing bonus money

if that’s the case I’d be surprised if they paid you

try and withdraw £1000 and see where it gets you if you beat wagering

All the best 🙏

I’ve heard and please don’t quote me on this but it depends on the casino and And depends on how many spins you had above £5

I take it you’ve fully verified your account you could be honest and speak to live chat and admit your mistake It might make it worse though

most casinos will use there own discretion in this matter

I hope you get paid sir 👍

Your account has been found to be in breach of clause 6 of our Significant Promotional Terms and Conditions:

Significant Clause 6 - The maximum bet for any of your bonus funds is limited to £5. Should you bet higher than this using your bonus funds, you revoke such bonus funds and they shall be removed from your account.

Therefore, your withdrawal has been cancelled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of £50 has been returned to your gaming account.

Hope you get paid, but agree with above that bonus funds can be more hassle than worth if you win big.

Agree with that. From the looks of it, you may as well click ‘play for fun’ rather than trying to work out these bonuses.

It’s shockingly poor the way these firms operate though.

2.5k is probably not a life changing sum but it’s not insignificant either, all sorts of things the OP could have done with that cash but the online casinos tie you up in knots with ridiculous T&C’s and all in an effort to benefit themselves.

Gutted for the OP as you don’t often get 4 figure wins unless you’re playing nose bleed stakes which is beyond most or the road to the poor house.

I did this on Casumo... I wasnt thinking and bought a couple of Bonus'.

Spoke to 'Live Chat' about 25mins after and made a joke of it..

They Honoured the bets and said don't do it again..

I lost in the end anyway.. But always worth talking to them live.

Good luck.
