Hi, 

I won just over £11K on Wednesday evening (18/9) and requested withdrawal straight away. They emailed me the following day asking for driving license, proof of address, latest phone bill and also photo of my card which I sent. They then asked for photo of another card on my account which I sent.  I'm now worried that I'm never going to see the money based on what I'm reading on here...I have no duplicate accounts, my bank account is only in my name etc...what other grounds are they likely to refuse to payout on?

If you have no other accounts and the cards used are yours, I think you should be ok. I wish they’d complete KYC before allowing a deposit though, it’s always worrying when they suddenly ask for more info, especially when withdrawing that much money.
